2005-06: Sprinter who competed in the 60 meters and 200 meters during the indoor season ... ran top 60-meter time (8.10) at the Eastern Illinois Invitational ... clocked in with best 200-meter time (27.03) at the Cedarville Open ... outdoors, ran both the 100 meters and 200 meters ... clocked in with season-best times in the 100 meters (12.72) and 200 meters (26.71) at the Southern Illinois Invitational.

High School: Placed eighth her senior year at the Ohio State High School Championships in the 100 meters with a season-best time of 12.33 ... regional champion in the 100 ... made the semifinals of the 200 with a personal-best of 25.93 ... she also ran on two sixth-place relay teams at the regional championships ... during the indoor season, finished ninth at the Ohio Coaches Association Championships with a 7.92 for 60 meters.

Coach's Comment: "Ashley comes out of Wayne High School's high-powered program, and she has been a real workhorse for them. She typically has run four races every meet, so there should be no problems with her adapting to the dedication necessary to excel at the major college level. Once Ashley gets transitioned into our strength training program, I believe she will provide us with some solid sprint performances."
