2004-05: Indoor Track and Field -- Academic All-MAC ... threw the shot put in seven meets and the weight in two ... topped her personal-best distance in the shot put three times, topping out at 47-1 1/2 when she finished fifth at the MAC Championships ... won the event in the meet before versus Ball State and Western Michigan with a toss of 45-3 1/2 ... top weight throw was also at that meet, finishing 11th with a 38-11 toss ... Outdoor Track and Field -- Threw the discus and shot put in all seven meets, competing in the hammer in one meet ... top discus throw was 126-4, finishing 17th at the South Florida Invite ... top shot put was at the All-Ohio Championships, reaching 45-8 and finishing fifth.

2003-04: Competed in both the shot put and discus at the MAC Outdoor Championships, taking 13th and 25th, respectively ... at the Billy Hayes Invitational, took 10th in the shot put ... highlighted the indoor season with a PR in the shot put, to take first, at the Bowling Green Quintangular ... placed third at Ball State Triangular.

2002-03: Placed fifth in the shot put and the discus at the Southern Ohio Cup with two personal-best marks ... threw season-best marks in the javelin and hammer at the Miami Invitational.

High School: All-state both as a junior and senior in the shot put ... finished eighth both years ... recorded a 43-8 throw in the shot put as a senior ... also qualified to the state meet in the discus.
