2004-05: Cross Country -- Competed in all seven races, finishing between fifth and seventh among RedHawks ... top 5K time was 18:58 at the Cedarville Invite ... at the MAC Championships, finished seventh on the team, 57th overall in 19:51 ... at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, finished fifth on the team, 93rd overall in 22:14.7 ... Indoor Track and Field -- Raced in the 3K in five meets with a top time of 10:36.19, finishing 23rd at the MAC Championships ... Outdoor Track and Field -- Competed in all eight meets ... ran the 1500 twice, winning once at Ohio's Bobcat Invitational in 4:51.12 ... best time in the event was at the South Florida Invite, where she took fifth in 4:51.14 ... in five steeplechases, had her best time at the All-Ohio Championships, taking third in 11:00.33 ... won the event at the Southern Ohio Cup in 11:05.32 ... raced the 3K and the 5K at the MAC Championships, taking eighth in the 3K in 11:13.13 and 17th in the 5K in 18:01.72.

2003-04: Cross Country -- Was Miami's top underclassman for much of the season ... placed 39th at the MAC Championships ... took second place to teammate Kylee Studer at the Flyer Challenge ... posted an 11th-place finish at the Queen City Classic. Track & Field -- Finished 15th in the 10,000m at the MAC Championships in her only event ... won the 3,000m indoors at the Oiler Opener ... was third in three more events in the indoor season ... finished among the top five three times outdoors, including fourth in the 10,000 at the All-Ohio Championships and again in the 1,500 at the Southern Ohio Cup.

2002-03: Cross Country -- Ran a season-best time of 18:34 at the MAC Cross Country Championships for 30th place ... finished 10th at the Miami Fall Classic in Cross Country ... her time (18:34) was good enough for ninth place on the Western Campus course all-time freshman list. Track & Field -- Held the season's fastest time in the 3,000-meter run as she finished fourth at the Billy Hayes Classic ... took second in the 5,000-meter run at the Miami Invitational for a season-best time.

High School: All-state in both cross country and track as a junior ... finished sixth in the state cross country meet with a time of 18:27 as a senior ... finished sixth in the 3,200m in the state track meet as a senior.
