OXFORD, Ohio - The #15 Ohio University Bobcats advanced to the finals of the Mid-American Conference Tournament with a 3-0 win over Central Michigan University on Friday afternoon at the Miami Turf Field in Oxford, Ohio.

Torrie Albini led the Bobcats offensively with a goal and an assist. Estienne Coetzee also added a goal, as did Marcy Dull. Lindsay Schwartz added an assist for OU, who is now 16-4 on the year. Jessie Martin had three saves in goal and earned the shut out.

The Bobcats outshot the Chippewas 22-6 and had 13 penalty corners to five for CMU.

Louise Gericke had 13 saves in a losing effort, while Kim Erasmus had two shots on goal.

Central Michigan ends its season with a 6-14 record overall.

Ohio will face the winner of the semifinal match up between Miami University and Kent State University starting at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
