Started the 2006-07 season as Miami's sixth man until an injury to Sarah Hull allowed Hawkins to slide into the starting lineup at the beginning of the conference season ... one of Miami's top defenders who also possesses an accurate mid-range game on offense ... more than doubled her scoring average from her freshman to sophomore seasons, improving from 5.2 ppg in 2005-06 to 11.0 ppg in 2006-07 ... was named the team's most improved player after her freshman season ... ended her sophomore season 36 points shy of hitting the 500-point mark for her career.

2006-07
One of three Miami guards to average double-figure points, as she ranked third on the team in scoring at 11.0 ppg ... led the team in steals during MAC play with 43, good for a 2.7 steals per game average ... finished the season with 16 double-figure scoring games, including a career-high 28 points against Toledo on Jan. 24 ... after assuming a starting role at the beginning of MAC play, contributed four 20-point games and hit double-figure points 12 times ... had career-long streak of four straight double-figure scoring games twice during MAC play ... tied a career-high with six steals against Toledo (Jan. 24) and at Akron (Feb. 21).

Played in all 28 games in 2005-06 and made two starts ... streaky scorer who contributed seven double-figure scoring efforts and led the team in scoring twice ... ranked third on the team with 47 assists and fifth with 23 steals ... fourth on the team with 15 3-point field goals but shot a team-best 35.9 percent from beyond the arc ... opened her collegiate career with 10 points in season-opening loss at Michigan (Nov. 20) ... dished a career-best eight assists and grabbed a career-high seven rebounds in Nov. 25 defeat of New Orleans ... grabbed three steals each in back-to-back games versus Northwestern and Wake Forest at the Roger L. White Invitational (Dec. 3-4) ... netted a season-high 14 points and grabbed five rebounds in Dec. 7 defeat of Butler ... led Miami with 14 points in Jan. 28 loss at Toledo ... poured in 12 points and grabbed five rebounds in Feb. 28 loss at Kent State, helping spark a rally midway through the second half ... saved her best three-game stretch for last, averaging 9.0 points and 3.7 rebounds in season-ending stretch at Kent State, versus nationally-ranked Bowling Green and in the MAC Tournament at Northern Illinois.
