2006-07: Thrower who ranked second on the team in both the shot put (44-10 1/4) and hammer throw (127-6) ... season-best hammer throw came at the Wake Forest Open ... season-best shot put came at the All-Ohio Championships ... also competed in the shot put during the indoor season, turning in a season-best toss of 45-8 1/4.

2005-06: Did not compete.

2004-05: Threw the shot put in nine meets between indoors and outdoors with a top distance of 48-3 1/4 at the Miami Invitational, where he finished seventh ... top place finish was third, achieved at both the Southern Ohio Cup and at the indoor Denison meet.

High School: Three-sport athlete at Cincinnati Hills Christian school, lettering four times in football, where he played fullback and linebacker, as well as four times in track and field and twice as a wrestler, where he competed at the 189-lb. level ... threw the shot put and discus ... won all-conference honors all four years and was a two-time regional champion ... made the first all-southwest Ohio team once in his prep career ... personal best of 56-7 in the shot put.
