CBI Tournament Bracket

OXFORD, Ohio--Miami University's men's basketball team has accepted an invitation to play in the inaugural College Basketball Invitational (CBI), a 16-team postseason tournament, and will play at Tulsa at 8 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, March 19.

The RedHawks (17-15; 9-7 Mid-American Conference) make their fourth consecutive postseason appearance and the 24th in program history. This will be the first meeting in series history between Miami and Tulsa.

The Golden Hurricane enters the tournament with a 20-13 overall record and an 8-8 mark in Conference USA. Tulsa advance to the C-USA tournament title game, falling to Memphis, 77-51.

The 16-team tournament will begin with opening round action on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 18-19. Quarterfinal round action takes place on March 24 and 26, while a best-of-three Championship Series will take place on March 31, April 2 and 4.
